Like : the fact that the author included portions of adjoining states, which is very helpful in areas such as around Chicago.. That's too bad, because I wasn't ready for the book to end. 16. My 2-year-old daughter now insists on this book every night at bedtime, and that is a rare occurrence for her. Better late than never? I didn't really think so, and this book lost serious points for this egregious organizational error. This is one of those books and I did love it. It's by far the best of several books I've read on the subject. You cannot eat grains, processed foods, sugars or dairy. No doubt. Here
