I'm returning this. Not only did every aspect of my life improve by basking in the wisdom of the pages, I found every relationship in my life tremendously improved. I was more shocked that rice was only mentioned a handful of times before the second half of the book. It reminds us that we can see ourselves and the world with new eyes - the eyes of beauty and appreciation.
This is a wonderful book for individual or group reflection. It is easy to read with many photographs and plenty of good tips laced with some humor. Can you say burn out? Heather helped me get really clear about who I am wanting to work with and this cut down on my stress level times a million.
