Awesome prep book. One rule of thumb to always remember is if it has more than 3 ingredients in it and you cannot pronounce it then you don't need to eat it. Check out Weston A. He has long lingered in the shadow of his famous father and it is somewhat surprising to discover that he had some fine qualities. I have also tried the meatloaf (with just a couple additions) and the bacon and scallops are sublime. Holding Silence is a beautiful book..
