Sandy Mitchell is a pseudonym of Alex Stewart, who has been working as a freelance writer for the last couple of decades. He has writtten science fiction and fantasy in both personae, as well as television scripts, magazine articles, comics, and gaming material. His television credits include the high tech espionage series Bugs, for which, as Sandy, he also wrote one of the novelisations. Apart from both miniatures and roleplaying gaming his hobbies include the martial arts of Akido and Iaido, rifle shooting, and playing the guitar badly. He lives in a quiet village in North Essex with a very tolerant wife, their first child, and a small mountain of unpainted figures.

13. I got this hoping if it was interactive it could control the problem. I hate to say it, but this little American newsletter that started back in 1999, and is now 120+ pages four times a year, has beaten the UK Ripperologist magazine at their on game. But there were many times while reading this book that I thought, "hey, that's an excellent idea!" and I've started using the new methods. Unfortunately, there are some holes relative to the exam content: QueryExtender control, jquery.ajaxError(), advanced LINQ syntax (the books cover LINQ pretty well, but the syntax you have to understand for the exam is significantly more advanced, for example, make sure you understand lamdba expressions), Entity Framework (the book does a good job with the basics, but the exam requires a significantly higher level of understanding), jQuery syntax (exams requires substantial understanding of jQuery minutiae).
