For other readers who are primarily responsible for the performance of their direct reports, the material in Parts One and Two will probably be of greatest interest and value. I moved in 2005 and it, along with many others, got ruined.I was heartbroken but too busy to replace it at the time. I am totally stoked to finally have a book that is useful beyond the class. This book is not a chart of typical service fees, it is a thorough textbook on marketing and pricing methods, and because of this, I suspect it will disappoint most people attracted by the title. I have a 2 and 3 year old who listen to this CD non-stop. The downside is that the material isn't particularly engaging. Can't wait to finish it! Love it!. Is this what Ezzo means? Perhaps.
