I've been a devotee of Lenny Bruce for over 45 years. Useless to a practitioner. It's as if he's skimmed through his life telling a lightly layered sugar coated story of his celebrity encounters. The last 35 pages of the book were devoted to an employee reunion and pictures of that Reunion. You know his life has had a lot of grit with eighteen years struggling to make it since he was a teenager getting stoned with his friends, marrying, having children, struggling to pay the bills, divorcing, dating, his perils as a single father, etc. However, I do feel that the recipes and meal planning were helpful if deciding to commit to this type of diet. I highly recommend this book to all walkers and ultrarunners. Things were slow at CDC after that.
