This book has good information in a brief format. This program helped me lose 55 pound and keep it off for 11 years.. I couldn't read it. For example, a baby cannot maximize learning without experiencing optimal alertness, and he can only experience optimal alertness with optimal sleep. Also to use the whole lime, peel and all. The font size is perfect and it is very pleasing. It is not straight to the point. Although slightly dated, the fundamentals are there.
So, if you're willing to dig deeper, this book can be a useful starting point. I am very impressed by this book. Or maybe even naive, a 35mm camera with a tilt and shift lens can get the same result.
